Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders as part of promotional offers.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages Prime Source Ventures LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@psvtools.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
